Combatives
Our Combatives program is designed for those who wish to learn self defense skills for modern day conflict situations. Whether you are a citizen interested in personal security or a professional looking for effective control and restraint training.

Our Combatives program includes:
- Stand-up fighting, clinching, ground survival and releases from holds and chokes.
- Defending against weapons such as guns, knives, clubs and sticks
- Stick and blade combatives for self defense and weapon retention skills
- Third party protection, control and restraint tactics and much more!

Combat Conditioning
Our combatives classes include specific conditioning techniques that will help you develop functional strength and endurance. Pad work, rope climbing, weight training and body weight exercises are all part of our combatives fitness program.
